Multiple Organism Jazz Orchestra:

Formed in 2006 by Edinburgh multi-instrumentalists/composers Tom Pickles and Zack A. Moir, the 'Multiple Organism Jazz Orchestra' is all about taking big-band jazz somewhere new.

The Multiple Organism Jazz Orchestra may seem, in terms of line up, like any other big band - however with influences ranging from John Coltrane to Led Zeppelin, the 17-piece band have a sound that is entirely unique and will have something to suit everyone's tastes.

The band's debut album, Arguments (Waiting To Happen), consisting of compositions by Tom and Zack, was released in August 2008 and is now available in record shops throughout Scotland and online.
